Small and medium-sized business owners in Tangerang extended a warm welcome to President Prabowo Subianto during his visit to the Apkasi Otonomi Expo 2025 at ICE BSD. Tresya Avilaemalo, a small enterprise representative from West Sumba, expressed her gratitude for the chance to exhibit her region’s specialty products, such as coffee, tea, chocolate, and woven fabrics. She described the event as exceptional and appreciated the President’s support. Tresya also conveyed her hope for President Prabowo to visit West Sumba in the future, uplifting local entrepreneurs and contributing to food security initiatives.
Similarly, Ferdinan Endarto, representing small businesses from Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, shared his optimism for sustained promotional opportunities to widen the recognition of local cultures and products. He stressed the significance of initiatives that promote regional products, recognizing the uniqueness of each community and their specialties. Ferdinan also endorsed President Prabowo’s Koperasi Merah Putih initiative, aimed at empowering small enterprises and enhancing the economy, particularly in managing and supporting all small businesses in Kapuas Regency.
