Prabowo Appoints Regional Military Commanders: Leading by Example!

President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, has recently appointed General Tandyo Budi as the Deputy Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). In addition to this appointment, he also inaugurated six new Regional Military Command (Kodam) commanders, 20 brigade commanders, and 100 Territorial Development Battalions. During the same event, Prabowo awarded the Bintang Sakti Medal of Honor to soldiers who have displayed exceptional integrity. He stressed the importance of leaders, emphasizing that they must lead from the front and be the first line of protection for their soldiers in challenging situations. Prabowo adamantly stated that commanders should never stay behind the lines but rather lead by example and care for their troops as they would their own children. He concluded his remarks by reminding everyone of the TNI’s identity and mission, emphasizing their commitment to serving and defending the people.
